Q: How do I begin?

To begin, apply online or in person at any Lombardo Homes sales center. We will collect information regarding your current situation and begin qualifying you for our solution programs.
Q: What happens after I apply?

After you apply, a Lombardo Homes representative receives the application, reviews your information and contacts you to set up a meeting. The meeting is typically a 30 minute meeting where we discuss your situation more in-depth and determine how we can best help you.
Q: What is a solution?

A solution is a combination of tools and programs that can be used together to help people like you buy a new home and move out of their existing home. A solution could include anything from helping you sell your existing home to getting you out of a lengthy lease. Everyone has a unique situation with unique circumstances and our solutions are customized to help you overcome the obstacles in your life so you can move into a new Lombardo home.

We look at your entire situation to design a solution that will work to get you into the home you deserve. We may not be able to help you, but we will look at all the pieces and pull all of our resources together to see if we can.

The majority of our applicants are closed and moved into their new Lombardo home in 90 days or less.

While we can't help everyone that applies, we try to offer each applicant several solutions that will help solve their existing problems and get them into a new home. Although we do have an extensive network of solution partners, everybody's situation is different and we may not be able to provide a solution that works for everyone.

No. By applying for the program, we are merely seeing if you qualify and if so, how we can help you.
Q: Do I need to use a Preferred Lender or solution provider?

By using a preferred lender or solution provider, we are able to get you the best solution possible for your situation. We have an established relationship with these partners which makes the entire process easy and seamless.
Q: Does every Lombardo home qualify for the program?

No, not every home will qualify for the program. Certain Lombardo homes will qualify based on your personal information and unique situation.
