My wife and I had been looking into condos for probably 2 to 3 years and, due to some different health reasons, our house was just too big for us. It was too much.

They had plans for if the house sold too soon or too late and it was a relief to have those options.

We've been really happy. Since we moved, a lot of stress has been relieved. There is no more upkeep to worry about and now we can just enjoy our time together. The condo really fits our needs for the future too. It is equipped for whatever might come down the road for our health situation. My family and I had special circumstances to face and they've helped us with solutions to find the answers for those needs.
