My House Was Too Much Work

Mary found a living situation that suits her needs!

About a year ago I found myself in a situation where I had to rent an apartment. I knew it wasn't going to be a long-term living arrangement and I was looking for a solution. I wanted my own space but a home is just too much work for me. I work all day everyday, and I don't have a lot of time to spend out in the yard. I really don't have a lot of interest in yard work anyway, so I knew a condominium was going to be the answer for me.

The people at Lombardo were great. They were very helpful and if I had questions, I called and got the answers. I had no problems and they made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. The sales staff spent the time to help me understand what a condo association is, which was great because I really didn't know what it meant to be a part of the association.

I have friendly neighbors and I love the way the community is set up. I like that they have different types of units like the town homes and duplexes. I really love the fact that every unit doesn't look the same.

I am much happier since I moved here. I have the time and energy to think about other things besides mowing the lawn. I don't have to worry about shoveling the walks or do any kind of outside maintenance. Taking care of a big house inside and out, was stressful and it's a lot more relaxing now.

I moved in October, so I'm looking forward to the summer, spending time by the pool with my grandkids and just enjoying the condo.
