I graduated college and instead of moving back in with my parents, I wanted my own place. I had to be close to my parents and work but wanted the freedom and space I was used to at school.

I was looking for a new condo and my parents helped me out in finding the right one. One of my main concerns was getting a new build so that IMy parents went to the Cascades of Stoney Creek and met with Bobbi. They saw how spacious the condos were, many of them had full basements and they all had 2 car garages. I went back to take a look and found exactly what I wanted. I love living here, having my own place. It's close to my parents, it's new and it's something I can afford. I would be paying this much in rent so it's great to be a homeowner for the same price!
