Our neighborhood was great when we first moved in. When we had our children, Hazel and Doyle, we realized it wasn’t where we wanted our kids to grow up. We wanted better schools and neighbors we could trust. We decided to put our house up for sale and we had few showings and no offers. We were worried that we would be stuck if we couldn’t sell it.
We began working with Lombardo Homes through their It Is Possible program and they designed a custom solution to sell our house and get us into a new home. We were really excited because they showed us what it would cost and how it work. We listed with Tom Bush at Real Estate One and soon after, actually got the offer we needed. We chose our new house at Deer Trail and with everything in boxes, days before closing, the deal fell through. We didn’t know what to do. That’s when Lombardo Homes told us they would buy our old house. We couldn’t believe it and just a few days before Christmas, we were able to close on our new house.
We love it here. The neighbors are great, there are lots of playmates for our children and they love the pool and park. It’s a close-knit community and the pre-school, elementary school and junior high are all within walking distance to our house, literally 2 minutes away.
We would tell anyone to work with Lombardo in this program; it worked great for us. Lombardo was very accommodating and understood what we were going through. It was easy working with them because they made everything happen for us. Before we knew it, our house was sold.
